Do not even think about booking a room there. My room was not cleaned fo 5 days and when I asked for some toilet papers (as I ran out) they just changed the sheet but did not clean the bathroom, did not empty any trash and just removed the towels (without putting new ones) and of course I was still out of toilet paper. When I complained to the manager her answer was it is not my fault, I did ask the cleaning lady to do it. Another night there was a party in the room below blasting music at 2:00 am. I had to call the manager multiple times to ask him to get them to stop (most of time they do not pick up the phone). It stopped only to restart at 6:00 am. I only book there because it was close to the hospital where my sister was but it was a big mistake. Avoid at all costs

Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

I like their breakfast. Bread, cakes,and croissants are so delightful. The vibe of breakfast presents its dynamic culture. The ‘smell’ of Paris so satisfying, so unforgettable, though the bedroom is very packed with limited space available to unload luggage.
