Want to enjoy the pool in the winter? It’s no problem the pool can be heated to accommodate the chilly temperatures. (Extra charges apply)
Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. 55” flat screen TV.
Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed and 55” flat screen TV.
Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed and 55" flat screen TV.
Living room features a full-size pull-out sofa bed.
Fully stocked kitchen with modern custom cabinets, quartz countertops and black stainless-steel appliances.
Dining room table has seating for eight.
Full access to the entire house, garage, pool and outdoor kitchen.
Cable and WiFi are included.
Front and backyards are beautifully landscaped.
Guest Access: Guests will be provided with an access code for the front door on their check in day.
Interaction with guests: Guests can call or text with any questions.
POLICIES:
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-Check in 4PM - Check out 11AM
-No smoking on the premises. A $500 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations.
-No pets allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.
-No glass permitted outdoors near the pool.
-It is the responsible guest's obligation to ensure the safety of everyone on the property and most notably around the pool at all times.
-PLEASE NOTE: Propane usage is billed at $3.75 per gallon for the pool and spa. This is our cost. On average, the spa can use 3-5 gallons per hour and substantially more for the pool. Expect to use 40-50 gallons per day to heat the pool in the winter to a swimmable temperature of 85-88 degrees. It is significantly less in the summer. The propane tank is metered and can be read daily to see how much is being consumed. Daily updates can be provided by contacting the host.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the outdoor kitchen area including the grill. A $50 additional cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.
