This stunning home has been designed by the Premier Host/owner specifically for large family groups with everything that you would expect for your Poconos vacation including private hot tub, game room with bar, and outdoor fireplace. Beautiful views of Big Boulder Ski Mountain and access to the Boulder Lake Club, which includes a swimming lake and beach, pool, boat rentals and more. Great for family events!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean the grill if you use it subject to $50 fee if left dirty
Follow the hot tub rules. If the hot tub needs to be dumped due to excessive use, there will be a $100 fee charged to the Guest.
Leave the sheets on the beds and put the comforters back on the beds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
