I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.

Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay

Staff were helpful and welcoming .. the place is new and well maintained and in a good spot .. rooms are small but that’s the norm here I guess .. I wish the windows were bigger for more light.

I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). Would definitely go back and recommend to...
