「Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. 「This property was a mixed bag. First the good. Communication and cooperation with the management was excellent (thanks Rosi)! Front and backyard was natural green grass and quite nice. House was reasonably clean.Neighborhood is pleasant and parking is ample. All the bedrooms are upstairs. All flooring was wood (no carpeting).But the kitchen utensils were lacking, especially the bigger bowls and pans. Many vrbo's have a nice selection of spices. 「Upon arrival, we found the gate locked even though we were told it would be open for easy access. We waited outside for about 30 minutes until the host opened the gate, and no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable—the floors were sticky, the coffee pot had old tea/coffee residue, the bed sheets had not been changed and had visible black hair from previous guests (my wife is blonde), and the bathroom baseboards were dirty.」
