"The advertised “in-room dining” is a misrepresentation. AFTER ordering the food, I found out that I must go to the lobby to pick it up; it is NOT delivered to the room. On one of my days there, I requested that housekeeping service my room before 3pm. Staff at front desk noted the request and promised that. When I returned to my room at 3pm it was still not done "

"Despite the listing saying "waterpark access" we didn't realise we needed to pay $25 per person per day for access. Also, they don't clean the rooms during your stay - I've never experienced that at a hotel/resort before. You travel via shuttles around the resort because things are spread so far apart however sometimes it takes 10-20 minutes to get a shuttle. The staff often didn't seem interested at all in helping us unless it was related to some activity or service with extra cost"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for 3. We could see the Disney fireworks in the distance at night right from our room. It was nice to have Dove soap products. Stormy weather meant we couldn’t enjoy the pool area."

"The property overall was fun for all ages. There were several pools, lazy river and water park. The resort offers a dining hall. My family dined at The Valencia located on the lower level. My husband and I had food poisoning as a result of eating there. When I informed the front desk staff, they did not act as if they were too concerned initially. I had to contact them again to speak to food safety department. A gentleman ended up coming to our room to take notes of what occurred. We lost time during our vacation that we cannot get back due to being bound to the room from sickness. I would say if you go be leary of the onsite restaurants."

"Friendly staff, clean hotel, and a good variety of choices for breakfast. Grandkids loved the pool and slide!"

"The property has terrible customer service. Made us valet park at another resort as there was no valet or self parking spots left when we arrived at 1 am. Made us walk in the dark with our luggage for a half mile to check in. Did not offer any service recovery at all and had to walk in the dark at 6 am when leaving to get the car. Staff are under trained and apparently not empowered to provide service recovery for mishaps like that. Unbelievably disappointing for a supposed Disney property. "

"Close to everything you need for your stay. Disney parks, restaurants and Walmart next to the hotel. THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS SOME TLC, you get what you paid for. But honestly, it wasn’t a bad stay for us. NOT TO MENTION, it’s also spring break month. We stayed for 4 days, and stayed in the Tower. And the second day, we were getting our room serviced without asking. We didn’t ask for them and they still gone in our room to change our towels, and they clean our beds. We didn’t care much because we never left anything valuable in our room but my son’s Nintendo DS. It never disappeared. Their housekeeping people are honest working people. Props for that. Some people would probably would not like that, if you don’t like them going in your room when you’re gone. Tell them NOT TO. The washing machine place, it’s needs fix. That’s all I can about that. A few of their housekeepers and maintenance people can speak fluent English, so get your translator apps ready. I didn’t have a problem with it, but some would find this an issue. But overall, our stay was very decent and would boom here again."
