• Bathroom has a shower/tub combo & a single vanity.
• Upstairs deck & downstairs picnic table & grill.
• Washer and dryer between units 1 & 2 downstairs.
• Onsite parking

Bedroom 1: King-size bed, two dressers with mirror, closet area, extra blankets and pillows, flat screen smart TV.

Bedroom 2: King-size bed, two dressers, closet area, extra blankets and pillows, last screen smart TV.

Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, flat screen Smart TV, coffee table, and extra chairs.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen complete with range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. The kitchen also has a small dining room table.

Guests have access to their rented condo, a laundry room with a washer and dryer located between Condos 1 & 2 downstairs, the porch, yards, and parking spaces.

Comfortable Stay in Beautiful Lake City

Comfortable accommodations, close to everything in Lake City. Walking distance to multiple playgrounds and restaurants, but far enough off the Main Street to ensure quiet comfortable evenings. A wonderful base camp for all the fun family adventures this area has to offer. We enjoyed this stay!

The condo is clean and just a few blocks from all of Lake City’s dining options. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book this one again in the future. Our host communicated very well and we had no issues with check in at all. Great find!

This was our first time visiting Lake City. We had such a relaxing stay, in large part due to our lodging. Our host was waiting on the porch to greet us, the place was beautifully furnished and was very comfortable for our party of 6 adults, plus a toddler. It was in walking distance of the downtown area and a hiking trail. It was a short drive to the lake and a mining tour, as well as many other outdoor activities. I'm sure we'll be back!

Quick Trip

Brittney was great. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in ~30 years worth of Lake City trips. We were able to get into Sweety’s to paint (short drive) and pretty much every thing else was a quick walk. Lake City is one of our favorite places and this condo is definitely on our short list. Thanks again!
