Love the updated rooms! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint was that the area was kinda sketchy. Overall, not too bad and we’d stay here again on a short trip.

Yes, all the above. Check in are was dirty, and procedure slow. No blanket in room, no clock, no coffee maker. Faucet and shower nozzle loose. I would not recommend the hotel to my enemy.

The sheets and towels looked like they hadn’t been washed, with hair from the previous guests. It seemed like they just made the bed and arranged everything without actually washing the sheets, pillowcases, or towels. Terrible. Everything else was fine, but cleanliness is essential — so for me, it’s a zero.
