「We had such a wonderful experience at L’Auberge Lake Charles! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. 「Lights and poor food. Blinking lights bother me. The smoke detector blinked. There was some sort of networking equipment near my bed that had a green blinking light. And then there was some sort of mechanical noise that, had it not been for the noise from the AC and my tinnitus, I would have requested a different room. It was too loud for me without the AC running. This was the worst of 12 hotels I stayed at on my round trip from Washington to Florida. The sushi was warmish. Yuck. The pizza was...

「I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in! Staff was very friendly and I noticed treats for doggie clients and cookies for us humans! The room was roomy, clean and comfortable! The full breakfast was delicious! The lobby was welcoming! There was even a complimentary shuttle available on the weekends! I will put this one on my list for great places to stay in Lake Charles!」

「部屋の間取りは悪くなかったのですが、掃除が綺麗にされていなかった事とティッシュ・トイレットペーパーの不備があった事が残念でした。」

「Ended up not staying although I was charged for the night. First room bed and floor was covered in dead and live love bugs. Next room was next to a group of men that made me feel uncomfortable. Have stayed in many Comfort Inns in the past. This is the first time that anything like this has happened. I really think I am owed a refund!」

「Great location, friendly staff, and minimal street noise.」

「We didn't stay long but were pleased with the facility.」

「No coffee pot in room. Bed sagged in the middle. Sheets smelled like a chemical. Breakfast not open until 7am. Chloe was wonderful. Let us grab toast and muffins on the way out bf breakfast was set out.」

「価格通りのホテルでした。改修をしていたのでこれから良くなるかもしれません。 スタッフの方々は、良い感じの方も怖そうな方もいました。」
