The Kingsly was absolutely amazing. The check in process is remote but a very simple process. The property manager Vanessa, was easliy accesible via phone to answer our questions and actually upgraded our suite free of charge. Its an absolutely beautiful area. The roads are very twisty and windy and I would highly recommend having an AWD or 4x4 vehicle if its anywhere close to winter time as the climate changes drastically. Overall, we would visit again and I highly recommend the Kingsly!!!

Support for checking was great. When it turned out that communication was sent to incorrect number, staff was able to assist quickly over the phone. We quickly received the information needed and everything worked out great. Love the lights and the balcony and the seating areas are great!

Inside the room, the quality of soaps, cookware, accessories, bed, etc. are of good quality. The property is also very clean. However, there is no microwave, soup spoon, and strainer. There is an oven without oven safe gloves. Otherwise, the location of property is good. We walked to the arrowhead village and lake with a child. Dining options and gift stores, etc., are also in walkable distance.

Absolutely loved this property! Whoever bought this and remodeled did an amazing job! The attention to detail is incredible. It is a perfect little weekend getaway. The rooms are lovely and secluded and there is a ‘clubhouse’ available for people staying to use which has a large kitchen, tables, tv and fireplace.

The level of customer service here is absolutely exceptional. The room was modern and chic and had everything I could have possibly needed. The location is central to the cute village with lots of shops and great restaurants. My stay was short stay was nothing short of excellent. I cannot recommend them enough!
