「This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the heart of the village, making everything easy to walk to. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, and our room was clean and well-equipped.
Unfortunately, there were a few major disappointments. We weren’t informed that the air conditioning was out until we arrived for check-in. While the staff did provide fans, they weren’t enough to keep the room comfortable.

「If you are looking for a cabin getaway in Big Bear Lake, Arkouda Cabins is a must! As soon as we walked in we noticed that they consider traveler reviews - from curtains being placed to extra AC units being found around our cabin.
