What a beautiful home!

The neighborhood is gorgeous and conveniently located from restaurants and stores. The house has a big patio with a grill. There is also a patio on the lower level. Everything was wonderful and I would stay here again.

Gorgeous Relaxing Getaway

This lovely mountain home is just as pictured. Cozy but spacious with a really nicely appointed kitchen. Hosts left a welcome bottle of wine which was lovely. Also the main bed was SO comfy! Would recommend!

Relaxing stay in this cozy cabin!

This beautiful cabin is exactly as it is pictured. Very cozy and roomy. The best part is we were able to bring our dogs and we felt very comfortable letting them roam around the wrap around patios! The host was responsive and the location is great, near the lake and local stores and village. Our only recommendation is to have more bath towels available (although we were able to wash them to use again), upgrade some kitchen appliances, pots and pans, and make sure they work, and clean the BBQ so it is ready for use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend to others!

Clean and Comfortable Cabin

We had a lovely stay at this extremely clean and comfortable cabin. The owners have provided very nice amenities for their guests, and the appliances are all relatively new. The home has a ton of windows and a wrap around deck to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The beds were comfortable and the house is furnished with nice linens and towels and a fully functional kitchen. It is about a 5-10 minute drive down into Lake Arrowhead Village, although there is a gas station and a grocery store right at the main intersection by the house up in Cedar Glen. We very much enjoyed our time at Moonlight Pines.

Peaceful Getaway

Our getaway to Moonlight Pines was just what the doctor ordered to feel like a mini-vacation without the stress and hassle that sometimes comes with travel. The house was perfect for two adults and small dog, and never felt cramped or claustrophobic. The November air was crisp so the fireplace and heater were put to good use. I really appreciated the thought that the owners put forth in making their home comfy and cozy for guests (not to mention that fantastic bottle of red that was waiting for us on the front table)! As another reviewer had mentioned, take heed on the steep staircase leading to the downstairs bedroom. As long as you keep an eye on the steps, you'll be fine. Another note, I would have appreciated some sort of labeling on the light switches to indicate which light feature it belonged to. There was a bit of fumbling around at first but eventually figured it out. These are only minor notes and definitely would not dissuade me from reserving again in the future. Thank you, Michael and Shannon, for allowing us to share in the beauty that Moonlight Pines has to offer!

Summer Time in Lake Arrowhead

The host was exceptionally responsive, 5 +. The cabin was well stocked including the laundry facilities. The appliances were relatively new and the basic kitchen utensilse were also available. The cabin was docorated nicely with lots of big window, the living room furniture was what you would expect in a rental, the bedrooms were clean and neat with nice linens. This is a tri-level cabin with a small floor plain on each floor, connected by two sets of stairs, one going up to 2 bedrooms and a half-bath, both with room airconditioners, the rest of the house has central AC. The stairs down to the other bedroom and a 3/4 bath are very steep, you need to be careful when going down these steps. The living room and kitchen are on the main floor. The house is equiped with Roku TV on each floor, the streaming down stairs and up stairs is margianal at times with some notable buffering. I gave the cabin 5 stars... that being the case they BBQ had not been cleaned and needs some work. We washed down both deck areas when we arrived. It was just my wife and I, my daughter came up for our last night, we all left 3 nights early due the approching storm Hillary. If you have not been to Lake Arrowhead, it is a PRIVATE lake and there is no public access to the lake, like side walking trail or the beaches. Lots of good hiking elsewhere. We did enjoy our stay.

Was everything seen in the pictures. Easiest check-in and check-out process I've ever been part of. House was very cool, all the amenities needed. The owners do a really good job of accommodating and seem to have everything dialed in. We had 3 kids (ages 16, 14 and 7) and 2 dogs w/ us and it couldn't have gone any smoother. AC worked great. BBQ and outdoor fire were great. All of the TVs were smart and easy to use. Great location, very peaceful. Will 100% look to stay there again. Great job, owners!

Great Cabin!

Perfect cabin for a relaxing fall getaway. Location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to all Lake Arrowhead has to offer. We hope to make a return visit.

This is a beautiful home with big, gorgeous windows to really take in the surroundings while you're having your morning coffee or sitting out on the deck having a BBQ. You can tell the owners have taken great personal care to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Absolutely Gorgeous Home

We loved this beautiful cabin and we didn't want to leave. So close to Lake Arrowhead Village so we went almost everyday. Host was very attentive to my text messages and they were very caring. Thank you.
