「Lia at the front desk saved the trip honestly. A lot of the trails by Big Bear Lake are closed until early September, but Lia provided a list of trails, guides, restaurant recommendations. We ended up doing the kayaking excursion with (I think Caitlyn was her name) and hiked 2 of the trails recommended. The pool was a good temp, the kayaking was fun and informative. Nice shower. 「We had more than enough space for 9 family members. Kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked/grilled almost every night. Lots of board games, we spent much of our time on the deck and dock. Appreciated the motorized sun shades and caught many fish. Played pool and sat in the hot tub more than a few times. Owners were very responsive. Loved this property.」
