Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Breton countryside at this elegant villa with heated pool, jacuzzi, and a private 2,800 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors. Nestled in a peaceful, green setting just 15 minutes from Rennes and 10 minutes from the Rennes/Bruz exhibition center, it’s perfect for families or friends.



The house accommodates up to 8 guests in a spacious, bright, and comfortable environment. There are 4 large bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor (king-size bed 160 cm), plus 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm and 140 cm). The sunlit living room opens directly onto the terrace and heated pool, and the kitchen is fully equipped.



Outdoors, everything is designed for relaxation: a large tiled pool, 5-person jacuzzi, petanque court, ping-pong table, and summer-only access to the organic vegetable garden. The expansive garden and terrace are perfect for long summer evenings with a barbecue and plancha.



Ideally located to discover Brittany’s highlights: within an hour, visit the beaches from Saint-Malo to Cancale, the medieval towns of Dinan, Vitré, and Fougères, the legendary Brocéliande forest, or Mont-Saint-Michel. Nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, hiking, equestrian center, water sports, golf, and climbing.



Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Only guests named in the contract are allowed. Washing machine available for stays of 5 nights or more. Pets and children under 6 are not permitted as the villa is not suitable. Cleaning service available for an extra fee. Any damage will incur additional charges.
