I stayed in this hotel 5 times and this was my last time to stay there first 3 stays was really good I enjoyed but this time staying in nine tree was terrible. Month ago I booked this hotel they didn’t give us the room what I booked. 2 secondly the smell in the room like moldy specially when turned on the air conditioner.

First impressions was unpleasant as I left messages for property well before time but didn’t get respond . Secondly , I booked 2 suites for a family of 6 and single room, they offered in 2 floors instead same floor(they have accommodated after long arguments of 2 hours ) Thirdly , there was a clear communication gap between management and house keeping like first day of check jn , I came 4 times to reception with video proof of what they promised and still not delivered to room yet. Fourthly , the buffet at afternoon or breakfast buffet was off the hook ! 10 out of 10 in taste BUT plates were not clean properly and have showed floor supervisor which he acknowledged and took immediate action to remove all ..One time …Same time ! Fifthly , their laundry service was efficient, fast and reliable 10 out of 10 The management tried their best to accommodate with all they can which I can see but I can’t ignore their lack of communication barriers to improve their hospitality skills in between them !

Always good. Breakfast food gets depleted each morning we come in 7:30. Trays are often empty. Not good when this is offered as an inclusion. Hospitality staff friendly. Front of house. Not great at all. Should welcome you to Nine Tree not just say how can I help you. Also when checking out should say thank you for staying at Nine tree and love to see you next time and have safe travels. They look depressed actually. They are out first and last impressions. This is quite a big issue but would help considerably. The cleaning team brilliant and work hard twice I have stayed there. Laundry people great service also the hospitality team great. But from if house needs a lit of work in my opinion.
