The property has an ambiance of old Hawaii, but definitely the hotel is dated. The carpet was dirty, and the bath toels are old and dingy.

Ok. Just disappointed a bit.

Great location. Expensive self-parking and Valet. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are outdated and needs work. Woke up to a big roach dying on its back. Fridge but No microwave :( sucked because i really needed one. Especially if you have children and if you don’t want to waste left overs.

Wait staff and bartenders more interested in conversing and socializing with each other than paying attention to customers. Limited menus and what was available very disappointing for the money. Housekeeping staff very friendly, but room cleaning time varied too much (9:45, 11:30, 10:45, 1:15).

Did not like that we had to pay for parking and resort fee. Poor air conditioning. Parts of the room was old and worn down. Shower area was dirty and poor water pressure. I will never stay here again.

my first night walking in i saw a cockroach crawl under another hotel rooms door. went into my room and the floors were very dusty and dirty. went out to the balcony where i saw another small cockroach. other then that it was good the staff was nice and helpful and it’s in a convenient spot

What we like, the amount we paid was fair and the beach was close by which was a plus. The staff was very friendly except the beach rental staff by the pool was rude-to be specific the mexican/middle eastern looking guy. I had questions about the rentals but appears lazy and did not appear to want to help.The room was ok but had bugs which was unsanitary abd disgusting. The overall stay was ok despite my complaints. Would not recommend or come back.

Old room, great location.

The location is superb. I had an issue with the safe and when I called the front desk nobody answered. I had to go walk 150 meters at 11 PM to see he lobby. My room was not cleaned until 4:30 pm the first day. Not enjoy enough power outlets, old dirty safe, etc. Overall, it was OK, but The I expected more for the price I paid. But the access to the large beautiful beach was outstanding.

The room is clean. Noting else. The hotel charge $35 for self parking. But the parking is very limited. Not worth the money. The door man drove a golf car making a big turn and drop my dinner to go in the parking lot. Not even say anything. The room I stayed has no elevator. The staff only provided minimum service.
