The two of us had a wonderful time staying at this condo on Napili Bay. The location near the beach is excellent - it took a minute to walk from the condo door to the beach each morning with our coffee. We snorkeled a few times in the Napili Bay and saw many fish on the north side. The location is quieter than the larger resorts and towns to the south, but walkably close to good coffee (Island Vibes), good HH and dining (Sea House and Merriman's), entertainment (Napili Kai Beach Resort and Restaurant 5315), and rentals (Snorkel Bob's). The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels and boogie boards.

Hawaiin paradise

This was our second stay at the Napili bay. Obviously the beach is perfect . Check in was easy. Condo well stocked (could have used a few more dishwasher pods but all the more reason to eat out). We were there twelve days and that’s when I miss maid service , we hauled a lot of sand into the sheets .that said . It’s Hawai’i. We had a clean well stocked place to sleep and eat and play. This condo is not beach front . That is what I thought from the ad , however you do have a beach view from the patio. Not complaining just stating that for anyone who thinks they’re going to step out onto the sand .its a few steps away and again, no complaints

Great little spot!

This condo was just right for my partner and I during our recent trip to Maui. The beach is steps away, and the apartment had everything we needed including beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels. Additionally, the full kitchen made it easy to cook or grill out if we wanted to. We rented a car during our visit, but this spot is easily accessible via public transit, too. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Absolutely love Nāpili bay so this was the perfect location with the beach right outside the condo. Great area for snorkeling, relaxing on the beach or walking the beach! The unit was clean. The bed was super comfortable also!! The windows are all shuttered so it was refreshing to open those for a nice breeze through the condo. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and a cooler while there as well as beach towels. There was also an umbrella and boogie boards but we didn’t use those. We would definitely stay here again!!

Small Paradise!

Perfect location- view of ocean from lanai and very peaceful. Loved the crank windows and birds/rooster "alarm" in morning. Clean and well appointed. Easy walk to beach- chairs, towels and cooler provided! Laundry and great barbeque area on site, grounds well maintained. Grocery/shopping conveniently located. We rented a car and drove most of the island-this was a great home base. Great binder provided with area info and recommendations. Thanks Heather for a very comfortable stay in Maui!

Short getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. Outdoor table and chairs for dining, a well equipped kitchen, extra towels, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. It was clean, comfortable and our hosts were great, leaving us a lovely card for our anniversary with some beautiful fresh flowers. Located walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, local market…and a minute from the door to the sand. We will be back!!! We are already looking at dates!

Perfect location

Pros: beach access, comfy bed, decent shower, nice cross breeze in the unit, nice laundry access Cons: only 1 bar of cell service on AT&T so gps and texting photos were an issue. No indoor dining space. Also had 1 day when humidity was so high that you probably would want AC. It was a very relaxing stay.

Great location

Great spot right on the beach. Would be great if the owner could find a way to put a small portable AC unit in. The place can get super hot. Other than that the property was exactly what we needed.

Great stay at Napili Bay!

We love this property and have stayed in several units. Our partial view unit allowed us to hear less of the beach crowd and we really enjoyed the privacy and birds! We had everything we needed, the unit was as advertised and communication was great. Can’t wait to come back!

Napili Bay Dream

Great property. Clean and well kept. Access to the beach just steps out our door. Condo amenities were fabulous. The SeaHouse happy hour was awesome for pupus and drinks. Cheapest and tastiest on Maui. Recommend Baya Bowl just off Dickerson St. for THE BEST AÇAI BOWL. Will definitely return! Sunsets also beautiful! A big MAHALO to our host!!

Great value and a great location!

This is a very nice unit in a great location. It’s not beachfront but it’s quiet, has a great jungle view, and a nice ocean view. Dining is outside on the lanai … which does not have lights … so plan to have dinner before sunset. Great communication with the owner. Very pleased with our experience.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and the place was perfect. We loved the location, right off Napili beach and just minutes to great waves and great snorkeling. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved that there were boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for us on the lanai. That was a nice touch. We loved the green belt just outside the window. It felt very private and quiet. The birds were pretty loud at sunrise but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

No A/C

Do not stay here in the summer it is ridiculously hot and there is no A/C. The ceiling fans barely work and they do not provide any other fans. I called the owner who never returned my phone call. Also the property manager on site will not help you and tells you to contact owner (who does not answer her phone). Buyer beware if you stay here you are on your own if you encounter any issues with the property. On the other hand, the location is great it is right on the beach. I would recommend staying here if money is a issue and you are on a budget. If not pay for A/C.

Perfect low key days

Great spot for a few days. At first it was an adjustment due to the no ac and humidity, but the place has great airflow and you can get a nice breeze through the room. We caught it on a rainy day but it was still nice to just relax on the balcony. Place was clean and had almost everything you would need. The only thing I had to get was laundry detergent, but Napili market sells single use detergent packs so no issues.

Great studio

We loved this unit. Very well stocked. The bed was super comfortable. The view from the lanai was beautiful and we felt we had our own little slice of paradise. Only request I have is the sofa couch needs a good cleaning. Body odor!! We put a sheet over the couch but I didn’t want to sit on it otherwise

Well-equipped condo in a great location

My wife and I stayed for 9 nights and this property was set up with everything we needed. The full kitchen had all of the tools you could need for cooking at home, and even had a good selection of sealable containers for leftovers. The rental also came with beach chairs, towels, a small cooler, and an umbrella. The deck had a partial view of the beach and had excellent privacy. Napili Bay, the beach in front of the property, was a perfect beach to hang out on all day and even has a restaurant at the other end of the beach that had good cocktails. The water was pretty calm and there is a shallow, protected area behind some rocks where babies could safely play in the water. The snorkeling was decent, with lots of sea turtles around, but was a little more interesting at the next beach up, which I think is Kapalua Bay. It’s a short walk from the condo. You could walk to the market and some restaurants/shops, but we had a car and found ourselves going down to Lahaina for most meals. Also, book your car and meals ahead of time! Most of the popular restaurants were booked up for a few weeks.
