"There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. "They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee."

"Not a pleasant arrival. No email 24 hours ahead of checking in time. Had to call Hotels.com and get them to contact property manager for details. "Listen the Hyatt Centric Escazu is the best place to stay and if you have never stayed at this hotel before I would encourage you to go and stay. From the time you walk in through the front door to the time you walk out the front doors from your stay it’s just amazing from beginning to end. I can’t thank everyone there enough for all of their hard work and their hospitality and just sheer great great service. If you haven’t had an opportunity to visit, I would definitely recommend that you do."

"This was a great hotel that was conveniently located by the airport. It was also easy to find and convenient for our rental car drop off. The staff was amazing. It’s kind of a no-frills hotel but it was clean well kept and had a beautiful bar restaurant area to eat at late in the evening. There were even restaurants across the street for us to go to if we wanted something different. I would definitely stay there again. "
