「Excelente para descansar」

「Beautiful Property, Terrible Service We stayed four nights at Hacienda del Lago, and while the property itself is beautiful, the hospitality was incredibly disappointing. We were consistently ignored despite there being plenty of staff, who often seemed more interested in standing around talking or being on their phones than attending to guests. 「Everything was great, need improvement with the food.」

「If you like a tranquil garden environment that is just a short walk to the center of town, then this the place. There are quite a few little coffe shops and hidden restaurants in like a 5 block radius.」

「Staff was helpful didn’t have hot water and the issue was immediately fixed. The pools were clean and the water was warm. Good hot breakfast was included. Great location. About a ten minute drive to the Ajijic Malecón and a 15-20min drive to the Chapala malecon. Would definitely stay again」
