Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I was unable to check in or stay as Swisscottage hotel did not recognize my booking and that they do not have any dealings with expedia. Imthar i should go get my refund, pls i duly need my refund asap, as i was scamned by Expedia booking.
