I didn’t like the way this business was ran at all.. I truly tried to humble my self considerably because I know this was not America ..I know things can be different.. but my patience was tested So with all being said ..I was truly disappointed and I will never patronize this business ever again...

Für ein Hotel in Lagos ist es schon sehr sauber, für Europäer jedoch mässig ausreichend. Der Innenhof war ok, wobei die Tische und Stühle selten gewischt werden. Die Bedienung ist sehr langsam, auf bestelltes Essen muss man imer um die 2 Stunden warten, die Getränke werden nur auf erneute Nachfrage serviert. Bei der Bedienung hatte ich den Eindruck, dass sie keine Lust zum arbeiten haben. Jedesmal musste ich en Chef rufen, der sich einsetzte. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Person Frühstück genucht, bekam aber nur für eine Person Frückstück. Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. Es gab keine Früchte. Beide meiner internationalen Kreditkarten funktionierten nicht über deren Gerät. Schrecklich und einfach nur nervend. Did Umgebung ist kein Traum, eher ein Albtraum. Die Luft ist mit Strassenstaub und Abgasen in einer Höhe von 5-7Metern verpestet. Es gibt keine Sehenswürdigkeiten hier.

My Trip to Africa-Nigeria

The Hotel is really nice and clean. The people are very nice and act in a professional manner. The two issues they need to work on are: 1. When a client has an issue they need to resolve it in a more timely manner. We had to call several times about the A/C not getting cold. They also need to do monthly maintenance on each room to make sure everything works properly. i.e. sockets, lights, doorbell. etc. 2. The food wasn't the best and a few items on the menu where not available at all. Simple foods like lettus. Overall it looks just like the picture on the inside and outside and I would stay there again and I would recommend my friends and family to stay again.

Certainly not what I expected

My worst hotel experience ever, that is the summary of my stay at this hotel!!! Hotel staff tried checking me into a room lower than what I booked for, when I pointed it out, I was given a higher room, which was still lower than what I paid for. In the room, bathroom was terrible, fridge didn't work... As I said, my worst hotel experience ever!!!

Not bad, (pool & Gym) but far from luxurious

Food was a little pricey, was the price set in Euros. Breakfast buffet needs more variety. The so called king size bed is a queen. The service all around was great and making the rooms more comfortable enough for Westerners like myself. Overall,it is ok but I can stay in a better or 4 stars downtown Toronto Canada for the same price of a superior room at this hotel, maybe with more competition from new hotel investment things will change.

Courteous and friendly staff

I felt very safe and secure in the area, although I was driven around most of the time by family, the area is non threatening. The staff are very friendly,helpful and respectful. Nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast and dinner has good variety and very tasty food. I love the spacious rooms and the fact that the air condition and electricity is 24hours. The only but I have is that out of the 7 night I was there, the free wifi was down for 5 days/nights by the time I checked out it still wasn't working. Otherwise great hotel to stay at.
