"As usual we find when we use 3rd party bookings we are given rooms near the elevator, ice machine or in this case the guest services ( housekeeping area) and 3 doors from the elevator. the room smelled strongly of a cleaning product ( thankfully not fabulosa) like bleach, there was no window to open to get any fresh air the room was very plain, one small art work. We were given ice when we checked in, the ice bucket was too small to hold the bag given. We went to bed at 10 pm and then heard every guest that exited the elevator for the next hours as they passed our room. The location of the hotel is great, it’s near restaurants and a grocery store and the town area. But the bed was uncomfortable and the air unit was horrendously loud. Small bathroom, one sink. Just overall the hotel could be so much better. "

"Great Host, and Great Property! This place has everything you need, once you get checked in you won’t want to leave! Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to entertain everyone. The game room, the pool, the hot tub, and the putting green are as advertised but they also have board games and outside toys for you to enjoy doing your stay. They include extra towels for the shower and for the pool. The location is great as well you are close to the beach and to lots of restaurants and stores. The host is easy to reach and easy to work with. They truly want everyone to enjoy their stay at the Oasis! Overall I rate it a 10 out of 10!"

"I cannot express how much our family enjoyed our stay at this classic and beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach home. I wish we could have stayed another week. It was absolutely perfect for our entire stay. The property manager is so kind and made our time there so enjoyable. If anyone is looking for a uniquely classic Ponte Vedra beach home to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views, look no further than this one! You will not be disappointed, we LOVED everything about it and WILL be going back again this summer."
