"The house was absolutely beautiful. We have stayed in Sawgrass community a few different times but this property was by far the best. The layout of the house was amazing for families. With all updated appliances and plenty of games to keep our family entertained we will definitely be staying here every time we visit Jacksonville. "

"Rhonda and Ken were the perfect hosts! They have a phenomenal property, it has a pool, comfortable living quarters, a hot tub, mini golf area, table games and even a koi fish pond! Our grandchildren had a blast feeding the koi!!! The neighborhood is conveniently located at the beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants to choose from! It was a calm and peaceful environment! We were in town for Our Mother’s funeral and although the occasion was not a joyous one, they made our stay a pleasantly memorable one! They were thoughtful enough to leave us a personal message offering their condolences. They gave a background into who they are and spoke of their grown children and their grandchildren! The pride they have for their family resonated in their welcoming introduction! It makes me feel more at home when I can relate to a host grounded in family!We were blessed to find such wonderful hosts!"
