Perfect apartment for those who do not wish to hire a car. Private parking access wth communal pool located in a quiet park of town



This spacious apartment is within walking distance of the Square and the main beach of Carvoeiro - just 5 minutes walk. It has private parking and a pool (condomium only shared with 14 other properties).



It is beautifully deorated and furnished and has fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms with terrace off two of them. There is also a terrace outside the lounge where there is the outside dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a separate utility area.

This lovely apartment is situated within walking distance to Carvoeiro centre with its fantastic range of restaurants, bars, picturesque beach and newly installed broadwalk across the cliffs to Algar Seco.

Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, a water park, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins

Perfect holiday stay

Spacious and well maintained property, convenient for the pretty town of Carvoeira with private parking, shared pool and above best coffee shop/bakery on the Algarve! Includes useful extras like 2 beach umbrellas and plentiful supply of beach towels. Our second stay and won’t be our last 😊

The house is situated in a quiet area a 5 minute walk from the centre of the town. It has a nice size pool in a secluded spot which is a real sun trap. The house it’s self is well equipped and is a very comfortable space. There is a lovely bakery/ cafe next door which is a real treat. I have used this house twice now and would happily do it again.

Great value for money

Our children loved the pool at this apartment, and it’s just a short walk into town. On the down side we had to get a few minor things fixed during our stay (lights & shower) but the management company quickly sorted them out.

The apartment is in a nice quiet location just a short walk to the main part of town with a lovely bakery/cafe just a few yards away . It is clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. I also liked the secure private parking. I would definitely use it again when visiting Carvoeiro.

We had to change the dates due to an enforced flight change. Katharine accommodated us instantly. Her accommodation is as described, exceptionally clean. Her cleaning staff were great and extremely efficient and friendly. I would have no hesitation returning to this property

me and my kids enjoyed the place and the facilities, the pool was nice and we were close to everything on foot. The city is beautiful, albeit too touristy for me. On the other hand in the complex I would take another place a little further away , it was very disturbing the garage door and we could hear the neighbors. But we still enjoyed it.

Second stay at this property and already booked it for 2025. It’s kept immaculately clean by cleaners. The pool is beautiful, and the apartment is absolutely huge, easily fit 7 people. You have your own parking spot which is a must for us as we always hire a car, and so close to the town and beach. I can’t say enough about Elite and their quick response time to any questions or problems you may have. I can’t really see anything that you can improve on. Carry on doing what you do

Lovely well situated apartement in Carvoeiro

The apartement was exactly as in the photos & description ! Clean, spacious, well decorated, calm & only a short walk from the centre. Not all the flats were occupied at the beginning of June & the pool area was calm & though unheated was not cold. It was a real bonus, as was the parking. Security is good due to the coded gates & there was a very friendly atmosphere in the small complex. The local Portugese bakery was also a real plus!! We were a mixed group - 2 couples, a sister & a 22 yr old nephew & this accomodation catered for everyone's needs. We had an excellent week & recommend this apartement, Elite Rentals & Carvoeiro !

The apartment was exactly as described and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. A nice surprise was that there were towels to use for showering (and there were more than enough) and then there were other towels that could be brought to the outside poolthe beach. In addition, there were two parasols for the beach that we could borrow which was super useful when we went to the beaches where you couldn’t rent chairs and parasols. The apartment had an iron, an iron table, and a washing machine, which is super useful if you are travelling light and need to wash the few items you have with you. Kathrine was super quick in answering any questions and was really helpful.

We had a very relaxing holiday with our family in this neat house. A terrace downstairs and a roof terrace with lots of sun. Dining tables and chairs, sunbeds and equipped with every comfort. (BBQ) The beds are quite nice and the surroundings are quiet. Within a minute you are at a good bakery. Restaurants 5-10 minutes walk. For people who are good at none. Visited many beautiful coves, sailed with a boat and to the slides park in Lagoa is great for families with larger children. Lagos is a beautiful little town to wander around. Portugal is welcoming, friendly and they speak good English everywhere. We will definitely come back again.
