Cozy studio in the garden with terrace
- In the heart of the Algarve, in Porches/Armacao de Pera, this studio is located in a villa on a well-maintained plot with palm trees, exotic plants, and flowers. The property is located in a residential area directly on the busy connecting road (with seasonal traffic) from Porches to Armacao de Pera. This road leads to the town (approx. 2.5 km) and the approximately 8 km long sandy beach, with a beautiful promenade, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and excellent shopping opportunities. The German owners live in the house and lovingly look after guests as needed. The location of the villa is an ideal starting point for all activities and excursions.
Free parking is available approximately 50 m from the house.
From Vivenda das Palmeiras (studio), it is only a few minutes' drive to the town and the beautiful beach.
Also ideal for wintering. Electric heating is available.
In the winter months the electricity is paid extra on site (€ 0.30 Kw/h)
