「Thanks to Guy and all the staff at Lafitte! I couldn’t make my trip a year ago and this property does not do refunds but they did honor my credit for a year after my intended trip date. I worked with Guy to arrange my new trip and he made it happen! All the staff I worked with both over the phone and at the hotel were truly kind and accommodating.
