Welcome to this fully furnished, recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. As you step inside, the living room sets the stage for cozy evenings with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for enjoying the Colorado weather. The kitchen greets you with its modern charm, including brand new espresso cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. A spacious pantry adds to the practicality of this space. The adjacent dining area is perfect to enjoy meals. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: the massive primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings with skylights and direct access to the full upstairs bath. A king-sized bed awaits along with a 42" smart TV. The second bedroom on this floor is also quite large and comes with a queen bed and smart TV. The third bedroom is located in the basement, offering additional privacy, and features a queen bed and 40 smart TV. The second full bathroom is located in the basement near this bedroom. Lafayette holiday

Visiting family, who live in the area made this the perfect location. All the amenities were detailed, accurately and nicely appointed. The host was very responsive to any concerns. We would highly recommend this property.
