Awesome indoor and outdoor space! Guests love this cute downtown bungalow! Walkable to downtown parks, restaurants, festivals, live music & events. Well-equipped with parking for 3 & private covered backyard space! Both comfy, new queen beds, spacious living room (with foosball table) full kitchen & dining area.

The space
The entire 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1930s cottage is yours to enjoy! Two comfy bedrooms with high ceilings, closets and dressers. Massive living room with extra seating and foosball table. Eat-in kitchen with full size appliances and pots, pans and cooking utensils. Outdoor covered seating area. Neighbors are happy with Airbnb! Off-street parking.

Wonderful stay

This is the cutest little place to stay. We were in town for a family event and it was comfortable. The road is busy and difficult to get out on occasion. The only downside is the thermostat automatically set way to hot at night an

The house was very cute . I did have to reach out to the owner since he had not sent me the info to check in . Also he had forgot to have it cleaned so it was a delay in getting in the house . Around 20 min . You should back into the drive way . I couldn’t imagine backing into to the busy road out front . The house was very cute . The hot water was hot ! And good water pressure . Since the cleaning lady was rushed we found several things a miss . Leftovers in the microwave , a few pieces of trash on floor . The road out front is very loud . The owner has put white noise machines in bedroom . But if I was you sleep in the back room. If you have dogs .. back yard is really a no go for walking . Dogs at both houses next to you and the yard is very clustered with overgrowth . So front yard and side yard are good for taking dog out . Beds are comfy . Furniture is comfy . Plenty of kitchen pans and dishes plates and such . Owner is responsive when you reach out . For the price . It was a wonderful stay

Best weekend trip!

My best friend/maid of honor and I came down to Lafayette wedding dress shopping and this place did not disappoint. Super cute little house with a great location and easy to find! The host was very helpful! Definitely would recommend!

Lovely stay in a nicely updated home

We visited the property to enjoy the Mardi Gras parades; love the location as we can walk to and from the route safely. The owner was helpful and communicative. Beds comfy, heater worked great which is rare in older home. Water pressure and heat good for the whole family. Absolutely loved the board games and foosball table; my kids had never played and were in love with the game. Overall really had fun and enjoyed the stay!
