Unrestricted access to the entire property, with the exception to a locked owner's cabinet in the garage and the mailbox (deliveries are welcome).

We recommend a PO box for extended stays. An additional $120 cleaning fee for stays over 10 days will be requested through the VRBO resolution center the week your reservation begins.
Other things to note:
-Window air-conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms. No AC downstair; however, Colorado weather tends to be mild and temperatures can be controlled by keeping blinds closed during the day and windows open for cool breezes after sundown.
-Large trash cans are located in the garage, if you stay Tues night please bring them out front for pickup and back into the garage the next morning after pickup. No cans on the driveway please – Please, thank you, and much appreciated!
-Extra $120 cleaning fee for stays over 10 days. This will be requested through VRBO the week your reservation begins.
-Mailbox is not for guest use; however, deliveries are welcome.
-Starter supplies are provided, guests are responsible for their own thereafter.
-Please note that our cleaners charge $65 to mail back items left behind. Please be sure to take all your items with you upon departure!
