I was in town for a quick visit to see stepson who is at Purdue. This is a great location with the balance of it being in downtown, yet close enough to the campus. We were able to hike at Indiana National/Star Park, which is about 1.5 hour drive from Lafayette. So worth it!

Very Nice - Just a Couple Updates would Make it Excellent

Yeah! That says it.There were some lights that did not work or we could not figure out. We also had an issue with the city's free parking vs the instructions our host provided. Turns out we must have arrived at a previously unknown "in-between" time where the attendant had left but the gates were down.LOVE the location and the overall appeal of the unit! WOULD stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Burt’s property and hope to book again. The space was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The instructions for accessing the building were clear and helpful. With good timing, parking is a breeze. Burt was very responsive to my requests for information throughout my stay. If you intend to stay in this space during typical periods of inclement or extreme weather and are a newcomer or unfamiliar with the area, be sure to prepare a plan in advance. I was on the property when tornados touched down in a nearby town; unfortunately, I had no way to access clear information on how close they were to West LaFayette.

Beautiful, clean loft! Comfy bed, sofa, & chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed plus coffee, sodas, and water. Location is close to the courthouse and surrounding restaurants. Convenient to be able to park in the next door parking garage on evenings & weekends.

Great property very close to Purdue. This was our second time staying and will stay again. Has everything you need. Snack basket is a nice touch! The bathroom was a little dirty this time, but not a deal breaker.

Amazing visit to West Lafayette. In town for Purdue family weekend and was great to have a homebase when tooling around historic West Lafayette, as well as a nice place to rest when not on campus’s Host was a great communicator. We’ll definitely be back.

Our host was amazing! He took advice and helped us out with stuff without questions being asked. Very clean space, nice lil getaway from home. The only thing that was missing is a wine opener. Lol Definitely will come back.

Great place to stay! Very quiet and relaxing! Good location to get to anywhere in the area. I did have an issue with parking in the garage because it’s not free all the time, but the host was gracious and worked it out with me. So I appreciate knowing that even when there’s a problem, the host is attentive.

Everything we needed !

This cute flat has a lot of character ! Tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and thick, thirsty towels. Tall, windows brought in the warmth and the light, and a basket of treats, and drinks greeted us upon arrival - very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Enjoyed our stay !!

This is in a perfect location, easy to access downtown Lafayette or walk over to West Lafayette. Parking was convenient and safe. The loft itself was very clean, nicely decorated and in very good repair. There is some traffic noise, but there was some construction going on, and it was a gameday weekend. The host was responsive to questions I had. Strongly recommend.
