Within just a half-mile, you’ll find Spanish Springs, Lowe’s, Cracker Barrel, and a wide variety of retail and medical facilities—all just a quick three to four-minute golf cart ride away. Don’t miss the beautiful community pool waiting for you!

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in shower for your comfort. The second bedroom includes a double bed and its own TV. Across the hall, the second bathroom boasts a brand-new walk-in jetted tub—perfect for soaking and unwinding. The spacious family room includes a large TV and seating area, while the modern kitchen seamlessly connects to the open living area and dining room, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen features a convenient island with two bar stools for your comfort and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy dining together at the elegant table, which comfortably 4 seats.

We welcome dogs only — $100 for one or $150 for two, with each weighing under 20 lbs. Emotional support dogs follow the same pricing, while service dogs are welcome free of charge.

The Villages recreation centers offer a wide range of activities, including swimming pools, pickleball, tennis, pool tables, and much more. We can provide up to two guest passes for $25 each, allowing you to enjoy all the pools and amenities within The Villages. After booking your reservation, simply send us a message with your guest information, including names, email addresses, home addresses, and phone numbers, so we can arrange the passes for you.

Our goal is to make your stay in our beautiful home both memorable and enjoyable.

There was a lot to do very close to this house, and was easy in and out of complex. Golf course and restaurant was less than 2 minutes from the house by golf cart. There are a ton of restraunts and stores within minutes by golf cart. The host was very helpful and communicated very well. We would stay here again.
