「They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option.」

「The hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it! The transfer from the airport (free) worked well and was in a new van; check-in was fast and friendly; the room was super clean, well appointed with interesting modern art on the wall. There were 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates in the room. American breakfast was included and cooked to order. I ate outside on the balcony. It was nice. Checkout was easy. The only negatives were that the WiFi did not work in my room (204) but it worked...

「Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!」

「 The location is very good. It’s in front of the plaza Santo Domingo. A family devotion to the business makes you feel very comfortable. They have everything except a trash box in your room.」

「The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was great! They also helped us with rides to and from the airport. Our room was near the entrance so it was a little noisy, but not too bad and the beds were really comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.」

「開放的で静かなホテルです。バス停近く、空港からのアクセスも簡単で便利です。wifiが速く、館内全体で使えるように配慮されています。シーツなど毎日交換されているようですが不要な場合は伝えれば良いです。早朝チェックアウトを伝え忘れていましたが、スタッフの方が直ぐに気づいて出て来てくれて、荷物を預ける事ができ助かりました。オーナーは韓国人のお爺さんです。アジア人のきめの細かさでしょうか。非常に居心地の良いホテルです。」
