There were 16 of us in our group. I was unhappy with the hotel reception staff; the receptionist who attended to us wasn't very polite and didn't smile once while we were waiting to check in. After a long journey, we arrived hoping for a relaxing stay, yet we didn't receive the kind of welcome my friend had described. It will likely be a long time before we return.

Friendly reception Staff. Inside of hotel was noisy there was a group of guests having a party on our floor. Room was ok but the pillows were very uncomfortable could do with a full length mirror in room
