The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic.
But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other areas to stay.

Breakfast at Cosmos was blah but the other meals we had there was delicious. We didn't have hot water -- but we were on the 11th floor and were told it took some time to warm up.
