Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent location, great value!

The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other areas to stay.

Enjoyed my stay there

Would recommend clearing the enrty steps of snow. The steps are very steep and small. A real hazard with snow build up, especially carry luggage and opening the entry door. Also there was a dead, mutilated bird in the snow on the street, which should have discarded. Not exactly what you want to see entering/exiting the horl and restaurant.

Great location! Steps away from breakfast and places you want to see. Also, great price.
