"The hotel was just so busy it didn’t feel exclusive or relaxing. I was shocked that my other family members only had double beds in their rooms, they didn’t sleep well at all. Our beds were queen so we slept nicely but our bathroom was tiny for 4 people. Location was 11/10 though. Food was good but very pricey."

On a donc eu des fetards qui parlaient fort et qui claquaient les portes, et aucun support de l’hôtel pour leur demander de baisser le ton. Une nuit de m*rde…"

"Great location in old Quebec. Very quaint hotel, nice rooms and clean. The lounge next to front desk serves some great cocktails; the best we’d had on our trip. Louise restaurant on site was very good, both food quality and service. We would stay there again. "
