I stayed 7 nights at the hotel on a room only basis, which had en suite facilities and a nice balcony. I had the buffet breakfast each day and an evening meal on 3 evenings. The hotel is a 15 min drive from Sallanches and 20 min from Domancy. The staff were friendly and food on offer was good, albeit eveing meals were extremely limited in choice, so if you're a vegan / vegetarian please check with the hotel before booking. There is a farm next door and the cow bells provided a nice jingle. Overall I would recommend the hotel based on it being a 2/3 start rating as it was value for money, albeit the evening meals were expensive @ 25 Euros a head for the choice available..

Got there at 1pm room not ready. Still not ready at 3pm check-in time. Reception had "no idea" when it would be. Forced to accept different room with bath/shower and on different floor. Very disappointed. Bath/shower unusable, shower flooded the bathroom and no taps to run bath. Would have preferred a better view on higher floor. Room was comfortable and hotel very well positioned Wifi very weak, signal dropped all the time. Disappointing late check-in time esp when you're on a short break and rooms aren't even ready then. Some staff were very helpful with the shower and wifi issues but they couldn't be resolved unfortunately

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Petit Saint Bernard. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious (especially the pastries and brioche!!). And the accessibility was unmatched. Highly recommend if staying in Bourg Saint Maurice!
