「The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. 「Mary and Steve were exceptional hosts and their two children were great as well. They were very accommodating and had a beautiful property to stay on. They very much open up their homes and are willing to share it as much as possible.」

「We loved our stay at this resort. The drive up was pretty intense as it’s out the way, so we didn’t spend loads of time in the accommodation but wow the views were incredible morning & evening looking out to the river!! Food was nice, staff very friendly. They had dogs on site which were very friendly also. Can be very noisy throughout the night with dogs howling and birds.」

"かなり山の中にあるので、行く道が少し不安になりましたがホテルに到着すると内装が素敵でテンションが上がります。スタッフの方も皆さん親切で、色々説明してくださりとても感じが良いです。夕食は電車のカートの中で食べれるコースメニューを予約していただきましたが、駅員の格好をしたスタッフが食堂車で食べているような演出をしてくれてとても楽しいのでおすすめです。周りな何もなくホテルを楽しむかたちですが、色々なアクティビティが用意されているので十分楽しめます。"

"2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました！"
