「Blood stained sheets upon lifting pillow. Other unknown stains on sheets and mattress cover of both beds. Bunk bed combo double bed on bottom. Long hairs on bathroom sink. "I stayed here for five nights and was very satisfied with my stay overall. The hotel has a beautiful historic exterior, but once you step inside, the interior is surprisingly modern, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially loved how the historic character of the building has been carefully preserved while the interior has been beautifully renovated with modern comforts. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. I also really appreciated the high-quality amenities provided in the room. The thoughtful welcome treats, including Port wine and pastéis de nata, were another lovely touch and made me feel very welcome from the beginning of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my five nights here and would definitely choose to stay again the next time I visit Porto."

"駅から緩やかな坂を登るのでスーツケースがあると大変ですが、主要観光地に徒歩で移動も可能なので便利な場所になります。一人で使うには勿体ないら部屋の広さで、快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水圧もよく、お湯もすぐに出ました。ただ、隣り部屋のドアの開閉音が響くの気になりました。たまたま近くで工事をしていたので、朝からうるさかったです。全体的に過ごしやすいホテルでした。"
