Enjoy a relaxing time with your family in the house, which is characterized by modern and tasteful furnishings and comfortable equipment. After active days, enjoy cozy evenings with games and good conversations and put your feet up on the sofa.



Several terraces invite you to fully enjoy the sun and the view of the surrounding nature. Relax in a deck chair by the pool and please the whole family with an outdoor dinner.



Stroll through the historical center of the medieval town of Labin, which will delight you with its picturesque alleys and gastronomic offer. Numerous sandy beaches and crystal clear sea await you in the resort of Rabac, from where you can take boat trips to the nearby islands in summer or stroll along the beautiful promenade by the sea. For those who like it more sporty, Rabac also offers well-developed hiking and biking trails and a bike center. From here you can make day trips to other Istrian destinations such as Pula, the Brijuni Islands, Rovinj or medieval towns in the interior of Istria.

Wir waren zu sechst (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) dort. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool ist schön groß und wurde 2x in 8 Tagen durch die Vermieterin gesäubert. Die Vermieterin war via WhatsApp schnell zu erreichen und innerhalb von 15 min Vorort, wenn man etwas benötigte. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Nach Labin oder zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. war jedoch immer ein Auto notwendig. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.

Das Haus war in super Zustand,. Neuwertig, gepflegt, tolle LageZwei kleine Anmerkungen: Das Pool hätte zumindest einmal gereinigt gehört. Wir hätten es auch gerne selber gemacht, wenn es die Möglichkeit gegeben hätte. Wenn etwas mehr Geschirr, Gläser etc. vorhanden wäre, müsste man nicht soviel abwaschen. Das spart Energie.Sonst alles Perfekt.
