We booked this hotel for the vicinity to the Dome and for the known chain name. There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend:
Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle
3 elevators but only 1 was working
We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered
The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived
There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad

Great place to stay right next to Gateway Arch National Park. Walkable to other downtown points of interest as well. The happy hour drinks and dinner was a great bonus. Would stay again.

It was ok. The issue we had was housekeeping left our door open after they cleaned it. We got back to the room and our door was ajar. I reported this to the front desk person. Thankfully nothing was stolen.
