Excellent
The Platino is our Choice for accommodations in Santiago. It's situated within walking distance to Pricesmart and a quick drive to the Agora Mall and a variety of restaurant. Very convenient. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All for an incredibly low price.

There was a leak in the bathroom that my wife almost wiped out twice from. The maintenance man came and looked at it a said would fix the next day, take about 3 hrs.
Did not happen. So we had to use towels everyday to soak up the water.
Other than that, it was a fairly good trip.

El hotel es excelente: la habitación muy limpia, el lugar agradable, la comida muy buena y el precio justo. Sin embargo, noté que algunos empleados de afuera tratan diferente a los huéspedes dependiendo del carro en que llegan, lo cual no me pareció correcto. Aun así, en general lo recomiendo.
