Modern Villa with Heated Pool, Near Market, Beaches, and Dune du Pilat!

LA TESTE DE BUCH, 1.6 KM FROM THE MUNICIPAL MARKET, 5 KM FROM THE BEACHES OF PYLA, AND 5.9 KM FROM THE FAMOUS GRANDE DUNE DU PILAT!
Nestled on a wooded plot of over 1,000 m², this magnificent villa of approximately 130 m² offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a heated swimming pool.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by an entrance hall leading to a bright, south- and west-facing dining/living room equipped with sofas, armchairs, and a television. The separate, fully equipped kitchen (with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, and 3 induction hobs) also has a dining area and provides access to the garden. A convenient laundry room with a washing machine and plenty of storage space is also available. A shower room with WC and three well-appointed bedrooms complete the layout: a first west-facing bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a chest of drawers, a second east-facing bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a closet/wardrobe, and finally a third west-facing bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a closet/wardrobe. A bathroom with WC is also available.
Outside, you'll enjoy a well-maintained garden, a terrace with furniture, a beautiful heated salt-water pool (10 x 4 cm) with a submerged alarm, and a pétanque court. For children, play equipment such as a trampoline, a swing, and a slide are available.
The entire villa is spacious, contemporary, and easy to maintain, with its parquet and tiled floors. Air conditioning is available in the dining/living room and the kitchen. You can also park several vehicles within the villa grounds, including under a carport. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed, and guests are asked not to smoke. White linens are not provided but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional), as is a final cleaning service, provided the rental is maintained regularly during the stay.
The villa enjoys a prime location, with the Dune du Pilat 6.7 km away, Lake Cazaux and Lake Sanguinet 28 km away, Aqualand water park 6 km away, and La Coccinelle and Kid Park amusement parks 5 km away. Furnished holiday accommodation rated 3*** by Gironde Tourisme in June 2025.

Conforme à la description en superficie et piscine qui est bien chauffée, top quand le temps est plus maussade. Bien placée car à proximité de magasins et petit port ostréicole à 35/40 min à pied, marche à 20/25 min à pied.Quelques ajustements pourraient être les biens venus comme vu avec l’agence: nécessaire d’arrivée en lien avec le niveau de prestation/ tarif.
