「It's very close to the Central Station of La Spezia. You can get to the port through the main street in about thirty minutes on foot. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. You need to tell the owner the check-in time by the previous day. I forgot to tell the owner, so the gate was closed when I arrived. However, when I called the owner, he took care of it immediately and I was able to check in safely.
