「They cleanliness, was a little questionable, there was a small piece of a tampon wrapper and hair on one of the towels. The hot showers were disappointing to say the least. The water heaters are very small and the temperature is not turned up very high.」

「We stayed 5 nights. Highly satisfied!」

「The house is clean and has nice view with outdoor seating. The only thing is the bathroom in the master bedroom has no door so it’s little bit of no privacy if you need to take a shower. Overall it was a pleasant stay.」

「Mooi huis mooie locatie」

「Great place. Very helpful host」

「We loved staying at this unique property. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The entire property is what really made this vacation rental stand out. They created a courtyard area in the center of this small gated community with things like a large table, BBQ grill, chairs and a fire pit. This space gave guests an area to meet each other and talk about their Moab adventures of the day. It fostered a sense of community with our fellow travelers even if it was for just...

「It is a clean well stocked house, had everthing we needed, close to moab ,but out of the town.peacefully setting」

「This property was perfect for our family. We have 5 kids and it was just what we needed. The upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom- not a master bathroom. That was surprising, but not something that bothered us. Whoever cleans this property did a fabulous job! The property manager was extremely easy to con」

「I would rate this a 4.5 if we could use ½ stars. This place was nice and had everything you expect from a good Vrbo rental. They desperately need a new mattress!」

「Great choice. Location was great, property was nice, clean, and well-maintained.」

「Worked wonderful for 2 families and our children.」

「It was great!」

「Great location, host was very responsive, quiet neighborhood, perfect for what we needed.」

「This place is amazing, well located and a gorg hot tub view. The mattresses need to be updated, it’s clear this has been a rental for quite some time and the spring mattresses (including the owners suite bed) squeak, to the point that we had to utilize separate sleeping arrangements in order to get rest. There are also dead bugs in the framed wall hanging artwork in the owners suite, pretty gross. A deep cleaning of this unit would deffo be beneficial. 」

「Great place! Lots of room and right outside of town! Quiet enough to enjoy time outside but close enough to still be able to pop into town!」

「Very nice place to stay, easy communication with the host and very clean and very accurate description of what your getting and very good price.」

「Nice location!」
