This is fantastic hotel that allows you to plug in to the joy of La Rochelle, both in its great location and in the hotel style. I loved staying here in my room with a view of Vieux Port.

Perfect small getaway!

Lovely little hotel in La Rochelle. Small room but a large comfortable bed! We had a standard room, was quiet and had everything you would need for a night or two. Close walking to shops and local attractions.

Nice hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Rooms are smaller than they look in the photos, bathroom quite cramped - but not really a downside if you’re out sightseeing all day. Complementary soft drinks in the room were a nice touch and very much appreciated.

Great location right on the harbor and loads of restaurants. Easy walking everywhere. Elevator only started on 2nd floor but staff were very helpful about carrying my heavy bag up and down to it. Comfy room. Slept really well. Didn’t do hotel breakfast as there are plenty of other cheaper options just steps away.

We opted to rent a room with a balcony view over the Old Harbor. Well worth it! Spent hours just hypnotized by all the comings and goings on scooters, bikes, buses, boats, and on foot. What a wonderful location! Inside was very quiet. Staff was excellent.

Lovely hotel in central location. Large light-flooded room in nice design with a beautiful view of the harbour comfortable beds Friendly staff - incredibly loud. There were street dancers and singers right in front playing loud music on speakers from midday to midnight. It felt like spending 12 hours in a nightclub. We stayed for 3 nights and it was like this every day.

Great view of harbour...room had small balcony. Room however very small. Unable to hang dresses, rail but shelving too close. Breakfast adequate but plenty of options close by that are cheaper. Very limited public space. Staff excellent and super helpful. Super location. Great dining options locally particularly road behind hotel away from harbour

Beautiful views

After 9 hours of driving and arriving in the dark in the rain we were not greeted in a very friendly manner. The staff made me feel like I was crazy. I was just simply exhausted and they made me feel like I had asked too much of them by asking where to park and if it was safe to store our suitcases after checkout. We have been traveling in France a long time and were unfortunately robbed of all our belongings before we arrived. This hotel was the least comforting and least friendly and I would not return, although the view of the harbor was beautiful and rooms very clean. As a hotel employee I would assume that every guest needs to be treated as if they have had a very long day of travel and are not crazy. I was on the verge of tears and just needed some extra care. It would be helpful if instructions for parking were on the website as it is extremely complicated to park and drop off luggage.
