Good location

Hotel is well located , close to centre - no parking so you will have to pay each day - our room was tiny - bed was 1 foot from toilet and shower room . Close to all restaurants and shops , big wheel etc etc

The parking was the only difficulty - finding the actual car park, and organising the parking permit. Better info should have been sent via Hotels,com. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, and dealt with all other issues effectively.

A gem in a beautiful toen

This hotel is an old factory that has been converted into a stunning hotel. The room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The location could not have been better, two minutes walk from the many restaurants and bars. Wonderful.

La Fabrique is well situated in La Rochelle with many dining and sightseeing options a stones throw away, and walkable to the Encan conference facility. The staff was enthusiastic and helpful. Our only issue was a leaky AC unit that dripped constantly and which was apparently not fixable by the staff. A reasonable price for the great location.

Lovely stay

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside was when using the card for the parking we had to go back to the hotel to hand it back after we had left. Maybe the option of a drop-off box at the parking location would be a better idea. But other than that minor issue the hotel cleanliness, location, was brilliant.

She was incredibly helpful during our check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel made our stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. We had a family room wuth onr large double bed and two singles. The beds were extremely comfortable. The sher was a walk-in shower which was ideal fir people with motility issues and the contintal breakast as an extra was good vale fir money and a gpod selection of cheeses and cold meats.

Shower are too slippery, no moisturizer provided, ac is right in your face as you sleep, small window that open to a small court yard with everyone else , so no privacy if you want to open windows , can smell people smoking thru the windows

The Parking available? Definitely NOT ! Impossible to approach the hotel by car because of the one-way streets all around the hotel. Prepare to find a parking first and then carry all your luggage to the hotel. The staff wasn’t very helpful to find a solution. After a long and stressful trip, to be confronted with a guy at the desk who didn’t seem to know a solution to my problem or didn’t want to help, was very upsetting. The shower was not well made, so the water ran to the bathroom floor instead of in the drain. The cover of the toilet seat was broken and remained broken during our 3 days stay. 3 stars.
