Welcome to Kalima Sky, your serene desert retreat. The newly renovated interior features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Guests can relax on the back patio with a dining table, BBQ, and a pool/spa combo. Stay active with our home gym, and explore the area using our golf cart. Plus, you're just a short ride away from Old Town La Quinta, offering excellent dining and shopping experiences. Your peaceful desert escape awaits!

Kalima Sky is a two bedroom, two bathroom home in the scenic La Quinta Cove neighborhood of La Quinta, California, approximately 20 miles from Palm Springs.

The Living Room:
- Open-concept living room/kitchen/dining with comfortable seating and fireplace
- Smart tv with access to live tv streaming and other apps
- Desk with computer monitor
- Sliding doors lead out to the back patio and pool/spa combo

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Toaster and other cooking gadgets
- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary k-cup pods, creamer and sugar. Drip coffee maker also available.
- Welcome snacks and beverages

The Dining Room:
- Dining table and chairs (4), plus barstools in the kitchen
- High chair also available for your little one!

The Primary Suite:
- Queen sized bed with comfortable mattress and a selection of sleeping pillows
- En-suite bathroom with a vanity, toilet and shower/tub combo
- Large closet with hangers
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Guest Bedroom
- Two, twin sized beds
- Large closet with hangers
- Desk and chair
- South-facing mountain views
- All beds are made up with soft, quality linens
- Bedrooms are equipped with a white noise machine and charging ports

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Primary Suite
- Full bathroom off the hallway with sink, toilet and shower
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

Home Gym:
- A great home fitness set-up and alternative to a crowded and pricey gym! Located in 1/2 of the garage and featuring an exercise bike, bench, kettlebells and free weights

The Outdoor Space:
- Private, above-ground, multi-use swimming pool can be used with our without current for swimming exercise, or can be used as a hot tub. Approximate dimensions 8' x 20'.
- Complimentary pool heating
- Outdoor dining table and chairs under covered patio
- BBQ with grilling utensils (one propane tank provided)

Other Amenities:
- Full-sized washing machine and dryer with "free & clear" (allergy friendly) laundry detergent and softener (located in the garage)
- Complimentary use of golf cart (guests must sign liability waiver to get access to keys)
- High-speed internet and excellent WiFi coverage on the whole property for streaming and high quality video meeting capability
- Driveway and street parking available. The golf cart and gym occupy the garage.

Kalima Sky is a Family-Friendly property! We will happily provide the following items on request:
- High chair
- Kids plates, blows, utensils and cups
- Outlet covers
- Pack & play with mattress and fitted sheet

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and yard except for a locked supply closet in the entryway.

Kalima Sky is located in the sought-after Desert Club Estates neighborhood (west of Washington) and an easy golf cart ride away to top-rated dining and shopping in Old Town La Quinta.

For monthly stays, we'd recommend your own car but ride sharing services (like Uber/Lyft) are available for short trips around town and guests are also able to use the golf cart (with signed liability waiver).
