"Unfortunately it was only one day. The place is nice, cozy and plenty of space. The road to get to the place is a little bit rough. The house is on a side road. But you get there is worthy. "

"I have stayed at many properties but this has been by far the worse experience we’ve had . Staff was ok but they did delay on cleaning and had to remind them to bring new clean towels since we were staying for 10 days. Especially because they provided small amount of towels when we had 11 people staying at the property. My husband owns a pool and we noticed the filter pumps were not circulating the way they are suppose to ensure the pool is being cleaned and jacuzzi turbos did not work. We also woke up to a bunch of terminates dead and alive on the floor and I don’t mean 10 i mean 1000s of terminates . All windows were closed so im not sure how they got in. We also spotted roaches and a bunch of ants all over the kitchen counters. Absolutely no closet or cabinet space. For the cost, this is not worth it. Ac in one of the rooms stopped working but they did come to fix it right away but leaked all over the wall and bed and looked absolutely disgusting. So little water comes out of the showers it’s horrible and no hot water at all. Property help also stated that they have mentioned these issues to property owner but nothing gets resolved. The house is beautiful but not maintained. When I mentioned these issues to the owner all he had to say was that he’s never had so many complaints and I’m not one to complain about anything . Instead of working with us to resolve the issues that’s all he had to say , no apology or anything . DO NOT STAY HERE."
