Pros: Absolutely excellent service from all staff members, at the reception and restaurant and the cleaning staff. They were all exceptionally courteous, pleasant and professional. The hotel premises are beautiful. Really nice hotel, with a luxurious and calming feel. The room was very quiet and bed comfortable. Cons: I was however disappointed at the fact that the spa/jacuzzi outside was out of service (not even water in it so clearly a bigger problem) and that this was not communicated to me prior to my arrival or on their website. They also forgot to put a bathrobe in my room as promised with the room description. Reception said they would send me one to the room, but it never came. I was therefore stuck walking around the hotel in my towel after using the pool and unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the lounge chairs due to colder weather and having only a wet towel. Despite the little disappointments, I would still definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a little piece of haven for their stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s clean, beautiful, and quiet and it had little touches that made it special. We were welcomed to our room at check in with fresh strawberries and cakes - both absolutely delicious. Each day we had room service and an evening turndown with chocolates and a large water bottle to enjoy. The bathroom had a black ‘cosmetics’ cloth to clean my face to not dirty up the white one, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast brunch at Coteau was second to none; an absolutely fabulous selection with everything fresh and locally grown/sourced. We very happily ate there 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. Service was wonderful - the bar staff at Artefact were friendly and accommodating, willing to make any drink we requested and fun to sit and chat with. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful and polite. The gym was fully equipped with everything we needed - free weights, benches, a cable machine, various cardio equipment, kettlebells, step boxes, TRX bands, battle ropes, bosu/yoga balls, and cushioned mats. The sauna was also a special treat after days of sightseeing. I was often the only person in the entire spa area, which made it feel like my personal space. The lobby has flavoured water, fresh coffee, and apples each morning and throughout the day. Its location is so fantastic to navigate the city’s Old Town, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and shopping within a 10 minute walk radius. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful room, very modern…bidet had some issues and no elevator…when you have large suitcases…not convenient…parking is somewhat easy but not convenient
