"I experienced a significant nosebleed and removed the sheets so they could be replaced with a clean set. However, the bed was remade with only the blanket, and the sheets were not replaced. When I reported the situation, housekeeping arrived but simply handed me a set of sheets rather than replacing them themselves. It felt as though I was expected to do their job. Unfortunately, this occurred the night before my exam, which added unnecessary stress. Given that I was staying in the master suite, I expected a higher level of service. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. "

The hotel also provides laundry facilities, which is very convenient when staying several days. It’s helpful to have that option available during a longer trip. Overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient. The rooms were cozy, the beds were great, and it was easy to relax after a busy day. I appreciate the effort of the staff who work there and help keep the hotel running."
