「The host was friendly, checking photos and information were accurate, and fairly easy to follow. Parking was easy, and obvious. Finding the unit took a few minutes. The unit was comfortable. The location is convenient to many ski areas, and for us, many famous bicycle routes in the summer. It is close to a fairly busy road, so if that is a big turn off for you I would look else where. 「As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. 「Check in was quick with friendly staff who explained everything. The host Dominika was very quick to get back to me with queries. We really liked the apartment, everything we needed in the kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Its very close to 2 chairlifts and the 1800 village has a more traditional feeling than other La Plagne villages. Would stay again :)」
